How to Visit the Library

Behavior Expectations

In order to make the library a welcoming place for all, we ask students to please:

  • Limit snacks and drinks
  • Enjoy the library in a way that doesn't disturb other people or damage anything
  • Clean up after yourself and return items to their place
  • Follow school rules

Library Passes

Students visiting the library during Periods 1-7 must have an online pass issued from a teacher.

  • Ask your teacher to fill out an online pass
  • Sign in at the library desk when you arrive. This generates an email back to your teacher, so you don't get marked absent
  • Plan to stay the entire hour
  • If you need to leave the room, sign out on our iPad, leave your phone, and take a lanyard

No pass is needed to visit the library before school, after school, or at lunch.
