Student Tech Support

1️⃣ Open the folder icon in the bottom menu of your computer.

2️⃣ Type one of the following printer addresses: 

BLACK➡️     \\dc0-ps-02\FollowMe-Black  

COLOR➡️      \\dc0-ps-02\FollowMe-Color  

3️⃣ Highlight the word "Home" at the top of the window and paste or type in the printer address.

4️⃣ Hit Enter and let it install. 

5️⃣ Close all pop-up windows.

After you've added the printers:

1️⃣ Print your file as you usually would, but select one of the FollowMe printers. You may need to use the drop-down menu in "Destination" and select "See more..." to find them.

2️⃣ Go to any printer in the building and log in with your student ID.  

3️⃣ Click Print Release, if needed. 

4️⃣ Select your document. 

5️⃣ Tap Print. 

If you are having trouble adding printers or are printing something but it's not on the printer, check to make sure you are on the WIRELESS network, not Guest or Enroll.
