Import from a Database
- Log in to NoodleTools and choose your project
- Go to the database where your source of information is
- Find the Cite tool
- Make sure its MLA
- Click export or send to Noodletools
- Click Import Reference
- Go back to your NoodleTools Sources tab and refresh. You should see your citation
Quick Cite (Copy/Paste)
- Log in to NoodleTools and choose your project
- Choose where your source is coming from
- Choose what type of material you are citing
- Click the "Quick cite: Copy & paste a citation" link at the top right
- Copy your citation and paste it in
- Fill in anything else it is asking for
- Click Save
Input by Hand (Website)
- Log in to NoodleTools and open your project
- Click Sources on the left, then +New Source on the right
- Choose where your source is coming from
- Choose what type of material you are citing
- Work your way down the page, filling in as much information as you can
- Click Save at the top
Shortcut for Books
- Log in to NoodleTools and click on your project
- Click the Sources tab on the left
- Click the +New Source button (top right)
- Choose the Print or in-hand and Book
- Search by ISBN (or change to title)
- Select the matching book and click Import Selected Source
- Check the information and click Continue
- Click Save
