How to Navigate Nonfiction at North High School
NHS carries a wide variety of nonfiction materials to help offer reading and learning opportunities for all students. Nonfiction mainly consists of factual information, instructional materials, and real stories, though that doesn't mean it's boring! We sort materials using the Dewey Decimal System. This system allows books to be sorted by topic rather than author, and allows for ease of findability. Please see the infographic below to better understand how nonfiction is sorted at North, and where you can find books on your favorite topics.
